Dear Family and Friends,
Thank you very much for your continued prayers for our adoption! We don't have much of an update for you, but we have a little bit more information.
On Thursday, March 25 we were filed for our Embassy Date. We have not heard when our Embassy date will be (this is when we need to be in Ethiopia) and the agency isn't sure when we will find out. The US Embassy has changed their rules recently and we have become the adoption agencies "Guinea Pigs" as they navigate these new rules, find out how long families will wait for their Embassy date and how much warning they are given before they travel.
Please pray that God would help the US Embassy workers in Ethiopia to work quickly and diligently as they review our case and that they would give us our Embassy date soon.
As I've said before, we truly appreciate your prayers and support. Please continue to pray for us as we *patiently* await our Embassy date. We will let you all know more information as soon as we have it.
